Rice procurement crosses 20 million tonnes so far in 2010-11
New Delhi, Feb 18 (PTI) The government''s rice procurement is marginally lower at 21.66 million tonnes so far in 2010-11 marketing season that started in October last year.Food Corporation of India (FCI) had procured 21.88 million tonnes of rice in the year-ago period."Rice procurement has crossed the mark of 20 million tonnes," an official statement said.In 2009-10 marketing year ( http://bit.ly/etUn6w
