India: Rice basmati weakens in thin trade
New Delhi, Apr 21 (PTI) Rice basmati prices declined by Rs 50 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale grains market today on lack of buying support. Traders said lack of buying support against adequate stocks mainly led to fall in rice basmati prices. In the national capital, rice basmati Pusa 1121 variety declined by Rs 50 to Rs 4,500-5,500 per quintal. Following are today''s quotations
